How do I withdraw a request or cancel a rental?
The difference between a pending request and a confirmed rental.
You can withdraw a pending booking request under My bookings. Since the owner has not accepted it, no confirmed rental is created.
For a Stripe-paid booking, choose Preview cancellation in the booking details. Before confirming, you see the cancellation fee, refund and any outstanding obligation. Do not assume free cancellation. For an older or manual rental without this action, contact the administrator.
