What do I do at pickup and return?
Renter review and digital confirmation.
At pickup, review the vehicle condition, mileage, fuel level and photos with the owner. The owner sends the digital report to your account.
- Review the report before confirming. At pickup, you can add your own damage photos and a comment for each, such as a curtain that does not work. The owner must review these additions before your final confirmation.
- If details or photos do not match the actual condition, request a correction and give a reason.
- At return, the inspection is repeated in a new check-out report.
- You can later open and download confirmed photos from the relevant report page.
