How does pricing work?
Demand tiers, length discounts, fees and mileage.
On the Pricing page, set the owner nightly rate for four demand tiers. The general seasonal template selects a tier for each date; a date-range override can change it when needed.
- The renter service fee is added to the owner price using the central fee setting.
- For longer rentals, only the longest completed discount threshold applies.
- The handover fee is added once per booking.
- The security deposit is shown separately and is not rental income.
- The renter pays through Stripe Checkout. Automatic deposit holds are not implemented.
