Which booking options and rules can I set?
Booking requests or instant booking, plus rental terms.
On the Rules page, choose booking requests or instant booking. A booking request must be answered within 24 hours. Instant booking needs no separate owner approval. More than 60 days ahead, confirmation reserves the dates free; for nearer trips, dates are reserved after the first payment.
- Optionally keep one night between bookings.
- Set renter age and booking lead-time requirements.
- Set terms for children, pets, festivals, smoking and propane.
- Pickup and return times are saved with the same rules form.
