When does an owner receive rental earnings?

Read the payment guide →For a new Stripe booking, owner funds can be released after the trip starts, when both parties confirm pickup, the owner checks the original driving licence, all required payments are collected and funds are available at Stripe.
The Stripe account must also permit payouts, with no payment dispute or administrator block. Reaching the start date alone does not release money.
- Open the rental’s payment section under My rentals. Transfer to Stripe and bank payout have separate statuses; Queued or Processing at Stripe does not mean the money has reached your bank.
- A paused or failed payout shows the reason. Complete the required Stripe checks or contact the administrator. A fixed bank arrival date is not promised before the actual result.
- Compensation for renter cancellation can be released at the original pickup time if the full cancellation obligation is collected, required refunds are completed and no blocks remain. Pickup confirmation is not required in this case.
