How do digital pickup and return work?
Condition, mileage, fuel, photos and confirmation by both parties.
Open the rental and choose Pick-up. The owner records condition, mileage, fuel, damage and evidence photos, then sends the report to the renter for confirmation.
After both parties confirm pickup, Return becomes active. A new report of the same type is completed at return. Confirmed reports and original photos remain available for later viewing and download.
- Evidence photos are private and are not processed.
- Before final pickup confirmation, the renter can add damage photos with comments. The owner reviews these additions, then the renter confirms the updated report. Return photos are added by the owner.
- The renter can confirm the report or request a correction with a reason.
- This is not a qualified digital signature or an automatic damage claim.
