How do I manage requests and rentals?
Requests, upcoming rentals and cancelled history.
Open My rentals from the account menu. Use the vehicle selector to view one vehicle or rentals for all vehicles.
- Requests shows booking requests awaiting a response.
- Upcoming contains planned and confirmed rentals.
- In progress contains vehicles that have been picked up.
- Completed contains returned vehicles.
- Cancelled rentals remain in a separate history and are not shown among upcoming rentals.
