How do I receive notifications and contact support?
Booking emails, payment reminders and [email protected].
Important booking, payment and handover events are emailed to your account address. Installment bookings also receive payment reminders. Check that you use the correct account and email address, including your spam folder.
Email can be delayed. Booking or rental details show the latest status and required actions; an email alone is not proof of payment or handover confirmation.
For help, email [email protected]. Include your account email, booking reference or vehicle name, and a short description. Do not send passwords, card details, a licence copy or a personal identifier by ordinary email.
