When can I see contact details and the exact pickup location?

The public listing shows a city or region, and the map an approximate location. This is not the exact pickup address.
Neither party’s contact details are revealed to the other before successful booking payment. The owner can see the renter’s email and phone after the first successful payment. Owner contacts and the private pickup location become available to the renter only after the full rental price is paid. These details are also emailed, with a Google Maps navigation link in both the booking and email.
Before your trip, check the pickup and return times in the booking and agree practical arrangements with the owner.
