How do I request deletion?
Email [email protected] from your account address with the subject Data deletion. Specify whether to close the whole account or remove particular information. The same procedure applies to Google accounts. Do not include passwords, personal identifiers or licence copies.
You can immediately remove your licence photo in the account licence section. Withdraw cookie preferences using settings at the bottom of the page. Full account deletion is currently handled by an administrator, not an automatic button.
We verify identity proportionately and explain whether any records must remain for an ongoing rental, accounting or a claim. We normally respond within one month and explain any necessary extension. A deletion request does not itself cancel an ongoing booking or payment obligation.
